Pelagonia-Malidzano Smoky Aubergine & Pepper Meze
Similar to baba ganoush, but without the tahini, this is both fresh and light, yet still full of flavour.
We love to serve this aubergine dip as a meze on a sharing board with bread and cheese, but it can also be served with crisps as a snack.
Aubergine (65%), Green Pepper (25%), Sunflower Oil (8%), Mustard and Salt (2%).
